Design's mid-level, front swivel wheel stroller -- comes equipped with everything
you need for strolling, shopping, or brisk walking with your little one. The
stroller has a sturdy, welded aluminum frame, 12-inch front, lockable, swivel
wheel, 16-inch rear wheels, and a breathable, padded seat area for your child's
comfort.
It's perfect for those who want a fully-featured and maneuverable
stroller, but don't need the fixed (non-swiveling) that runners require. Of
course, if you want to do some power walking or take an occasional jog with
your Manhattan, the front wheel can easily be locked in place.
Click and pull. The new Dreamer Design harness is simply
that easy. Place the child in the seat and snap the belt buckle. Then all that's
left to do is pull one strap located at the front, center of the seat. Pull
until the harness is tight and you are finished. That's it! This is the best
